Nick Pompeo

Biography

Nick Pompeo serves as Partner at CNQ Global Advisors. He also serves as President & Co-Founder of Rilian Technologies, an agentic systems integrator for cyber and defense capabilities. Prior, he served as WestCap's Sales & GTM Practice Lead, partnering with its portfolio companies to accelerate revenue growth by helping build world-class sales teams that can execute at scale.

Before joining WestCap in 2020, Nick led the NA East sales team at Looker, a data analytics software company, for over five years. As one of the founding members of Looker's New York office, he helped scale operations to over 150 NYC-based employees and revenues from $15m ARR to $150m+ ARR from 2015 to 2019. Upon Google's acquisition of Looker for $2.6B in 2019, Nick led the integration strategy with Looker and Google's sales teams including go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, co-sell motions and enablement.

Prior to Google & Looker, Nick sold national television advertising space at Fox News and Fox Business Network for two years. He negotiated national broadcast deals generating over $36M in revenue per year, working with media agencies such as MediaCom, Mindshare, MEC, PHD, Havas, Horizon and OMD.

Nick earned an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. from the University of Kansas.
